    Klw saya jenuh pasti saya lngsg olah raga... olah raga kesukaan saya senam BL sm zumba... apalagi klw beramai ramai... rasa senang dn semangat pasti muncul lagi...

    Kenapa?

    Karena olah raga bisa menghasilkan Hormon Endorfin...
    Hormon yg berfungsi unt memunculkan rasa bahagia dn semangat... :)

    Kamu dh coba hal baru apa aj ris buat menghilngkan kesuntukan?
    Baca novel?
    Tanam bunga/pepohonan?
    Coba resep masakan baru?
    Mencoba belajar menjahit?
    Menggambar sesuatu y disukai?
    Dll :)

    Semangat lg ya de...

    Setuju sama kak @Fathiya pengen nyobain zumba sama yoga... kalo biaya nya berapa ya rata2 di semua gym gitu?

    Tergantung tempat gym nya...
    Klw yg bonafit ky gold gym or cel-fit ya skitr 500-600 perbulan... tergantung promo jg klw gk salah... tp kan bnyk pilihan... ad body combat juga tuh... saya suka :D

    Klw tmpt gym biasa paling perkunjungan 50-70rb...

    Biasany di tmpt swalayan besar atau di mall2 hari minggu suka adain senam zumba loh... mayan gratis :D

    Met olah raga ya... ;)

    Joging bareng teman ditaman jg asyik ko... siapa th ketemu kecengan baru... hahaha....

    Oh iya bener kak @Fathiya , aku suka baca novel sih, tapi yg fantasy atau mistery kayak the mortal instrument, hex hall, dsb..

    Pengen nge gym ditempat yg khusus cewe tapi susah nyarinya, giliran dah nemu malah harganya yg mahal bgt:(
    Olah raga yang bagus buat tenangin jiwa sih katanya yoga, tapi diawal2 pasti bakalan patah2 juga tuh badan..:D
    Zumba seru juga tuh, padahal keliatannya joget2 aja, tapi manfaatnya juga gk kalah..:D

    Hahaha... iya tuh bnr..
    Saya pernah ikut yoga 1x abis it badan sakit hampir semingguan... abis kapok mending ikut body combat aj...

    Klw zumba krn dasarnya saya suka dance jd seneng, dn laguny kan update trs... :D

    kalo aku ya mbak, lakuin semuanya hobi jalan", ngemal, mantai, dengerin lagu, kalo udah nglakuin semua hobi sampe udah bosen pula.. jogging mbak di taman kota or di pinggir pantai,, biasanya itu paling ampuh
